Welcome to the Lauderhill Home of the Month Contest Registration Website.

The Lauderhill home of the month contest is designed to recognize residents who take pride in the appearance of their home and who display that pride through well maintained homes and yards within the city.

Who Can Enter

The program is open to single family, duplex and townhome occupants within the Lauderhill City limits.
The program is open to renters as well as property owners.

Complete the form ABOVE or send an email to contest@lauderhillhomeofthemonth.com with:

The address of the property

THE NAME OF THE RESIDENT

Contact information of the resident

A picture of the property.

A representative from the contest will contact the resident to determine if they are willing to participate in the program (if nominated by someone else).

How does the program work

Entries into the contest are received from the first through the 20th of the month.

Properties will be judged by a 5 person evaluation committee and will be rated based on

Exterior appearance of property as viewed from the street
Neatness, landscaping and color of the yard.
Homes should be clean and painted and show no signs of deferred maintenance.
Driveways and walkways should be clean, edged and free of debris and dirt.

Winners

The Home of the Month will be announced the first Monday of each month
The resident will receive a sign to place in the front window or front yard (depending on preference) announcing that this property is the Home of the Month
Coordinate a picture to be taken in front of the property with the resident
Receive a gift card for $100 to a home improvement store

Property can only receive an award once per year.
