Job Summary An entry-level technician capable of oil changes, tire rotations, and completing minor services such as tire and battery replacement. Perform tasks that do not require in-depth diagnostics or complex mechanical skill, guided by procedures or training. Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience 1-3 years in a automotive service environment. Responsibilities Perform automotive repair and maintenance tasks in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Qualifications Strong work ethic; able to work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and a positive team-player attitude. Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment; 3+ years of dealership experience preferred. Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Skills and Attributes Commitment to delivering a world-class service experience. Technical knowledge and expertise to repair and maintain vehicles to factory standards. Clear communication of technical information to Service Advisors. Accountability: comply with manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs. Safety: comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of PPE.
